SERVING HOUSTON & ALL OF TEXAS

Meet Rebekah and Danté
A licensed therapist and a relational coach, working as one team — for teens and the parents raising them, for couples, and for the fertility journey, whatever season you're in.
Healthy. Vibrant. Life. is a small team with real, varied training — clinical therapy, relational coaching, wellness — serving Houston in person and Texas virtually.
Serving Texas Residents, Online and In-Person.
More Than One Kind of Support
Rebekah and Danté work as a real team, not two separate practices sharing a website. Rebekah brings clinical training to trauma, grief, and family work — she's the one you'd see for your teen's therapy or for processing something like pregnancy loss. Danté brings relational coaching — he's the one you'd see for a stuck pattern in your marriage, or for the reactive loop you're caught in with your own kid.
When it's useful, we consult with each other directly, or bring both of you into the room — you working with one of us while your partner works with the other, then coming together. You're not stuck explaining your situation twice.
How This Actually Works
We don't force you into one lane. Depending on what you need, that might look like:
-
Working with one of us, who consults with the other on anything complex.
-
Starting with one of us and moving to the other as your needs shift — therapy first, then coaching, or the reverse.
-
Working with both of us at the same time, on different pieces of the same situation.
-
You and your partner each working with a different one of us, then coming together for joint sessions.

Relational Life Therapy (RLT) Trained · Certified Life & Executive Health Coach
I've spent more than a decade doing this work, and I still believe the same thing I did on day one: everyone hits a point where they need real help, including the people whose job is providing it. I've been in therapy myself. That's not a caveat — it's part of why I do this the way I do.
My focus is teens and the parents raising them, and women navigating fertility, loss, and the harder seasons of building a family. Either way, my job is to help you actually process what you're carrying, not just manage the symptoms of it.
My focus is relational work — helping you see the specific pattern you're stuck in and actually change it, instead of just talking around it. I trained in Relational Life Therapy (RLT), a method built specifically for naming that pattern and interrupting it in real time, and it's the core of how I work with couples and with parents working on their relationship with their teen.
Relational parenting is where I spend most of my time now: the reactivity that shows up before you mean it to, the pursuing or the pulling back, the fight with your teen that's never really about the fight. It's the same pattern-work I do with couples, applied to the relationship that's wearing on you at home.
I still draw on life coaching, health coaching, and hypnotherapy when they're the right tool — people rarely get stuck in just one part of their life. But the pattern is always the starting point, not a generic framework. I'll help you see yours clearly enough to change it.
