Slowly Inhale-Exhale-And know in this very moment you’re enough

Those who experience anxiety might appear well-put-together and calm on the outside and might even be called high achievers, proactive, organized, and hardworking by others.

While in contrast, the internal experience of anxiety feels like an intense fear of failure, perfectionism, self-criticism, exhaustion or fatigue, fear of disappointing others, and a constant fight with stress-induced procrastination and all-nighters.

Anxiety can look and feel different for us all, often beginning with racing thoughts before showing up in the body as chest tightness, heart palpitations, or shortness of breath. Anxiety can feel like a giant wave building, building, about to crash at any time.

We have gotten through our fair share of stormy weather and have come out on the other side, ready to help. This is why we put care into the tools and practices we teach in each session to help you manage the wave of anxiety and get back to feeling like you.
